Recent Target Campaigns Fabricated at the University of Michigan*

Conducting high-energy-density physics campaigns often requires the fabrication of sophisticated targets designs. At the University of Michigan we have been fabricating these highly complex targets for over a decade. One such recent experiment required accurate, repeatable placement of two large, 14.8 kGauss magnets positioned among several other components fielded on Titan at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. We present this target here, along with several of our recent target campaigns and techniques used to fabricate them in a highly cost effective and repeatable way.
