- With the many recent detections of Fast Radio Bursts (FRB), we are now closer to discovering the progenitors of these mysterious events. We present an update on the current status of targeted searches for gravitational-wave counterparts to these FRB events in data from the Advanced Laser Interferometer Gravitational-wave Observatory (LIGO) and Virgo detectors.
