1. The speed of 300,000 kilometers per second is not the speed of photons, but the speed of electrons:
ve=4.0x(1 - me2) = 4.0x(1-0.52) =3, i.e. ve =300000000m/s. where I use
me = 0.5 MeV ≈ 0.510998950(15) MeV = 9.1093837015x10-31kg.
2. The photon velocity is
vγ =4.0x(1- mγ2) = 3.89953143 m/s.
Using my papers presented in the CAP Congress 2019, I give follows:
mγ = sin(1/2π) = 0.15848388661010x10-47kg.
3. The limit velocity vγ-max of photons in vacuum is
vγ-max = 4.0x(1- mγ-min2) = 4. Since there is limit mass of photon in vaccum is
mγ-min=√(1 - vγ-max)=√(1-4/4)= 0.
Thus the limit velocity of photons in vacuum is 4 and its mass = 0..
4. Any matter, including particles and cosmas planets, if their speed is higher than the speed of photons, it can escape our universe randomly, and become a black hole.
