parameter 0 < α < 1, including the extreme case when α=1 for the dice lattice. It has been revealed that the solution for this stationary eigenvalue problem has a power series depending on the Planck constant and we also obtained the corresponding semi-classical wave
function. Using these results, we investigated the tunneling of pseudospin-1 Dirac electrons impinging various non-rectangular electrostatic
potential barriers. We will present results for tunneling when optical dressed states arising from an electron interacting
with a non-resonant dressing field with chosen polarization.
