Abstract: C71.00156 : Heavy Mediator at Quantum Dot/Graphene Heterojunction for Efficient Charge Carrier Transfer to Enhance the Performance of the Optoelectronic Devices*
View Presentation Abstract
2D ReS2 as a mediator has been employed at the heterojunction of graphene and perovskite quantum dots which results in enhancing photosensitivity (> 107 A/W). Moreover, the device can withstand 100% longitudinal strain making it ideal for the future wearable optoelectronic device industry1.
