The Vorsana fluid dynamics processing uses counter- rotating discs, creating organized vortex networks in the workspace. Direct numerical simulations show galaxy-like spiral patterns. Vorsana is focused the galaxy basis to improve separation of products.
IT development has resulted in 15 interlocking patented machine designs for waste treatment, pollution control, and addressint the causes of global warming. Some examples,
1] Pyrolysis of biomass to produce biochar and oil by friction, rather than creating fuel for forest fires
2] Purification of water by micro-cavitation of contaminants
3] Three phase separation of human animal wastes for subsequent treatment
4] Treatment of brine to separate conductive and non-conductive components with an induction coil barrier. Extracting the non- conductive waterm and allowing the brine to crystalize at the workspace.
5] Separation of flue gas emissions by molecular weight.
6] Separation of waste steam by enthalpy level in to hot and cold flow streams
Capturing CO2 and cracking it to produce synthetic gas, elemental carbon, and corbon nanotubes
The business focus is from Patent to Proof of Concept to machinery deployment.
