We investigate the effects of electromagnetic energy on the absorbance rate of Staphylococcus aureus. One bacterial sample used as control was incubated at room temperature whereas the other two were grown over the static and time-varying magnetic fields. The effect of external electromagnetic radiation was then observed on bacteria exposed to magnetic field and the effect was compared with the control. After 48 hours of growth, the optical density was compared at different wavelengths ranging from 350-950nm.
