in the focus of attention among the inclusive list of systems having such topological property [\emph{Phys. Rev. Lett.} $\bf{112}$, 106802, 2014]. The substrate effect on hosts in presence of electric field on topological properties of heterostructure can be studied as a novel platform in the prospective of density functional theory supported by tight-binding model including spin-orbit coupling [\emph{Rev. Mod. Phys.} $\bf{83}$, 1057, 2011]. Existence of topological insulating phases and their transitions from one phase to another can be controlled by applying field. This mechanism directly relates the time-reversal symmetry of quantum spin hall insulators supported by wide band gap insulator. In addition to the retention of the electronic properties of the host in this heterolayer, our study has reported high frequency flipping between trivial to non-trivial phase transition with a faster rate [\emph{RSC Adv.} $\bf{7}$, 31393, 2017].
