A set of tools that combination multiple methods to meet the specific mesh generation requirements of selected fusions simulation codes.
An infrastructure to support parallel adaptive unstructured mesh simulations that has been applied to core plasma and tokamak RF simulations.
An unstructured mesh infrastructure to support massively parallel particle in cell simulations that has been used for impurity transport and edge plasma simulations.
An infrastructure for the in-memory coupling of massively parallel fusion energy systems simulation codes that employ unstructured and structured mesh methods.
*The development of the tools presented was supported by the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Science, under award DE-SC0018275 (Unstructured Mesh Technologies for Fusion Simulation Codes).
