Selecting gold recovery tools, based on if “they look like they would catch gold”….. May not actually fit your demands of your environment.
• When we only use what we have seen what others do to solve problems, we are only imitating.
•Repurposed materials, that were not designed for gold recovery in the past, were used when no other option was available. Burlap sacks, Carpet
•Random Spun Filter Media (AKA Miners Moss)
•Ruff Top Conveyor Belt (AKA Vortex Matting)
•Expanded Metal or (Cat Walk or Solar Shade)
•Rubber Matting (V-Ribb or Square ribb)
•Wooden slats evolved to metal riffles to create increased recovery zones behind or in front of them for small or large gold.
•But when we desire to discover why! We are thinking, & we start problem solving.
ESCAPE VELOCITY TO FUTURE GOALS
The greater the understanding of the challenges fine gold recovery, and being armed with knowledge on how to;,
Adapt, Change, Combine, Increase, or exploit the target.
Will help us shape a better GOLD recovery tool than our past tools.
Then boost us into a higher level of recovery achieved before.
The tools of the past rarely propel us into the future alone but help us build a staircase or ladder to next step. And every so many decades, we leap forward w/ a benchmark that is hard to go backwards or stay at the current level. Industry, science, engineering always pushes us forward.
Studying what has succeeded & what has been phased out by time helps us decide what is working & what is not.
Trying to understand why some prevail, is a study of observation of science, physics & nature.
Selecting a Gold Recovery Vehicle that can fill all your demands can be very hard! Can it be fast & accurate? Can it catch flour amongst boulders?
In the world of Physics, not even passion exists, just the never-ending display of what physics do.
•Find the best vehicle in physics & adapt it to your application.
•If the results are poor, choose a better vehicle.
•If results are good, start tuning the race car.
•When results are repeatable, break it. Learn what makes it fail.
•Improve weakness, increase performance.
•Define limitations, adjust to have greatest range.
•Results must be greater to be improvement. The same is not an improvement.
•Time savings & simplifying the recovery process is now creating a better economic process.
