I will report on our optical trap in a new vibration-stabilized cryogenic vacuum chamber, combined with a lithographically fabricated test mass for gravity measurements at a sub-micron scale. I will report on the progress of the experiment and discuss statistical and systematic uncertainties using simulations and current experimental data.
