*This work is partially funded by DOE grant DE-FG02-93ER40789 (Colorado School of Mines). The DRAGON recoil spectrometer is funded by NSERC SAPPJ-2023-00039. The GRIFFIN infrastructure has been funded jointly by the Canada Foundation for Innovation, the British Columbia Knowledge Development Fund (BCKDF), the Ontario Ministry of Research and Innovation (ON-MRI), TRIUMF and the University of Guelph. The ongoing maintenance and operation of the GRIFFIN facility is funded through a Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) subatomic physics project grant. TRIUMF receives federal funding via a contribution agreement through the National Research Council Canada (NRC).
