MM01.00001: Physics Career Workshop The majority of physics degree holders (bachelor's, MS, and PhDs) go on to hold permanent academic physics jobs - the rest work in private sector or national lab environments. Building a network that spans employment sectors is essential to finding a job. In this interactive workshop, students will learn about the key aspects of a successful transition into physics careers, such as planning and self-assessment, informational interviews, effective resume writing, and more. |
