HB01.00001: Science Trust Project Workshop: Addressing Misinformation Misinformation about science is all around us with little sign of going away. As science professionals we recognize the central role that thoughtful communication plays throughout our discipline. Reflective listening can be harnessed as one tool toward more effective communication as it pertains to addressing misinformation one-on-one. This workshop, led by the APS Science Trust Project, will seek to provide some context, an opportunity for attendees to practice reflective listening, and to strengthen relationships within the APS community. |
