Multi-messenger astronomy relies strongly on the rapid communication and distribution of alerts between observatories. Astrophysical neutrinos are the key to unveiling the details of cosmic-ray acceleration in a variety of objects. The IceCube neutrino observatory located at the South Pole has been sending neutrino alerts since 2019 using an updated version of the real-time system. Including archival and real-time data from 2011 to 2020, we report 275 neutrino events from two selection channels. The gold and bronze channels respectively provide neutrino candidates with 50% and 30%-50% probability of being astrophysical, on average. This talk will present an overview of the real-time system and discuss the first catalog of neutrino alerts released by IceCube.
