H12.00001: On the New Cosmology C. Gregory Hood A previously unexplored union of Hubble’s law and the relativistic Doppler equation is presented. The resulting equation includes a universal distance, which limits our observable universe to a sphere with a radius of 13.4 billion light-years. Photons, emitted from this distance or beyond, can never reach us. It follows that the galactic photon energy loss - the galactic red shift - is due to a universal constant deceleration. This universal deceleration is related to the constant acceleration used in MOND, and is in the same ballpark as the deceleration experienced by the Pioneer spacecraft. When it is applied to Newtonian solar orbits, the orbits are non-Keplerian, and very much like those found in spiral galaxies. In fact, all classical orbits are now fundamentally non-Keplerian. Since the basic equation does not limit time, time has no history. Thus, the change in approach proposed herein brings with it a new finite cosmology, without expansion, dark energy, and dark matter. H12.00002: A New Cosmology and Understanding about Gravity Paul Murad, John Brandenburg Newtonian gravity at great distances should vanish. By contrast, evidence implies gravity approaches a near-constant value demonstrated by the Pioneer 10 and 11 spacecraft as well as the interstellar 'Oumuamua object. An assessment using the MOND (Modified Newtonian Dynamics) model with gravity at long distances may satisfy a near-constant gravity for explaining stellar orbits for stars in spiral galaxies as an alternative to dark matter. Field energy may have the same gravitational impact as mass. The Milky Way suggests this presence due to noise and a temperature field which may be similar to an Unruh-like field. Separation of variables solution with a new type of Green's function focusing on radial directions in spherical coordinate systems may mathematically provide such a constant term. Moreover, a phase-space integral equation demonstrates a Libration three-body problem for the Trojan Asteroids, which seems to imply anti-gravitational effects. However, a more detailed analytical osculating Libration model suggests this premise as false. Overall, these gravitational findings may alter our dynamic models of the solar system as well as galaxies. [Preview Abstract] |

H12.00003: Dark Energy must be measurable as Entropy. The main source of this Entropy causing the accelerated expansion of our universe is Hawking radiation. Paul OBrien Dark Energy must be measurable as Entropy, it must have a temperature. The main source of this Entropy is Hawking radiation from BH's. BH's radiate Entropy their whole life into the vacuum of space. Hawking incorrectly assumed because they are radiating they must be evaporating. This is incorrect. The growth of a black hole is a thermodynamic process. The temperature of the incoming energy doing the work must be higher than the temperature of the outgoing energy. The conservation of quantum information requires this. The increase in Entropy of this process increases the space-time volume by known rules. The symmetry between mass and energy as represented by quantum information having a dual basis guarantees the separation of mass and energy at the horizon. The mass falls in, the energy is radiated at Hawking temperature and quantum information is conserved as a duality. [Preview Abstract] |

H12.00004: NASA Warn To Supports My Hypothesis (2011) Which Asteroids Will Impact Our Earth in 2030 Dayong Cao The orbit of Jupiter (with big mass) has a 9{\%} deviation for systemic planets' orbits. So there is another dark center (which is a dark sun as a center of ``Oort Cloud'' of dark matter-dark energy) of spacetime structure of negative gravity (as a repulsive force ) near the solar system.?Include dark comets, a dark solar system of the dark sun has balanced structure with the solar system. The Milky Way galaxy also has a dark center of dark matter-dark energy and balanced structures between dark matter and stellar matte. A cyclical changing ofbalanced structures could change the orbits of comets, asteroids, dark comets, and dark asteroids to impact on our earth and couldcaused period mass extinctions. ``NASA Head Jim Bridenstine: Meteors Are a Real Threat to Earth'' \underline {https://www.usnews.com/news/national-news/articles/2019-04-29/nasa-head-jim-bridenstine-meteors-are-a-real-threat-to-earth} ``Scientists Planning Now for Asteroid Flyby a Decade Away'' \underline {https://www.jpl.nasa.gov/news/news.php?feature}$=$\underline {7390} See Dayong Cao, ``The mass, energy, space and time systemic theory- Black hole will take the dark comet to impact our earth'' (2011) and ``Mass, Energy, Space And Time System Theory---MEST A way to help our earth'' (2009 \underline {http://meetings.aps.org/link/BAPS.2011.DFD.LA.24} \underline {http://meetings.aps.org/link/BAPS.2009.APR.E1.33} [Preview Abstract] |

H12.00005: Presenting a New Theory about the Feasibility of Existence of Speed Faster than Light in Several Ways Gh Saleh, Reza Alizadeh, Asghar Dalili When Albert Einstein first predicted that light travels the same speed everywhere in our Universe, he essentially stamped a speed limit on it: 299,792 km per second, fast enough to rotate the entire Earth eight times in one second. Since Einstein, physicists have found that certain entities can reach "faster-than-light" speed. For example, in water light travels at 75 percent the speed it would in the vacuum of outer space, but the electrons created by the reaction inside of the core travel through the water faster than the light does. Another example is about Data Transfer. Scientists at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) are claiming to have achieved faster-than-light transfer of quantum data. So, there are some possibility that we can achieve the speed higher than light. In this paper we are going to study the speed of the astronomical objects at the hypothetical edges of the Universe by 3 methods and we will show that the speed of celestial objects at the edges of the Universe could be greater than the speed of light. H12.00006: Superluminal Primordial Information Quanta (Sprinqs) Created and Compose a Multiverse of Equally Fine-Tuned Universes Evolving Life and Highly-Developed Minds Richard Gauthier A proposed univon particle or cosmic quantum, composed of a circulating superluminal primordial information quantum (sprinq), created our universe and many others as a multiverse of equally ``fine-tuned'' universes. Their fundamental particle masses, forces, and other fundamental parameters are ``just right'' to evolve stable galaxies, stars, advanced life-forms and developed minds. Based on previous electron and photon models, sprinqs also compose the fundamental particles in our universe and other universes by moving superluminally in different ways to express different particle attributes. The univon is the quantum particle of a proposed univon quantum field. If other universes are detected having ``un-tuned'' values of their constants and thus without stable stars and higher life forms, this would suggest that all universes emerge by following purely physical laws. Our fine-tuned inhabitable universe would then just be an extremely improbable universe. However, observational evidence for a fine-tuned multiverse would support the hypothesis of a cosmic intelligence creating and maintaining our multiverse in a natural way. [Preview Abstract] |

H12.00007: Dark matter as the source of all forces in nature Hector Munera It is postulated that Universe at every scale from quarks up to observable cosmos is entirely constituted of dark matter DM, whose elementary particle called sagion is the simplest object in Nature. Sagions are indestructible discrete, occupy finite 3D-volume, energy-like with linear momentum P, and CW or CCW spin S. Sagions may be in free or condensed states, always obeying three conservation laws: total energy, and linear and angular momenta. Visible common matter is formed of condensed sagions. Free sagions behave on the average as a fluid filling 3D-space, identified here with De Broglie’s fluid described by a homogeneous Klein-Gordon equation, which interacts with matter according to De Broglie’s double solution. As in atmospheric pressure that generates forces pushing sail boats or holding together Magdeburg hemispheres, gradients in DM-pressure lead to apparently different forces: gravity, electromagnetic, nuclear, chemical, van der Waals, etc., thus fullfilling Einstein’s dream for a unified fluid and field theory. Force densities associated with our novel solutions to the Lorentz invariant classical wave equation are reported here for the first time. [Preview Abstract] |

H12.00008: Introduction to the New Cosmology Ardeshir Irani Our third spatial dimension (3D) is currently in the process of building the fourth spatial dimension within the void. Dark Energy is being used to create higher dimensions of space from the first to the nth, and it is also responsible for the formation of the fourth dimension from the point singularities of the vacuum space of our third dimension. In order to create up to the nth dimension, n! zero dimensional singularities will arise simultaneously in the void. Once the creation of a n dimensional ellipsoidal universe has been completed, the outward Dark Energy force will end, and then the inward force of gravity will take over to crush the n dimensional universe into the center of the (n+1)st dimensional singularity of the void. Dark Matter is the matter that exists in the fourth dimension as four dimensional matter spewed there through the Black Hole singularities of our third dimension. A rotating ellipsoidal multiverse is a natural byproduct of this new theory of cosmology which also predicts the existence of an oscillatory multiverse. [Preview Abstract] |
