An accurate description of neutrino interactions with nuclei is critical for the success of current and planned neutrino-oscillation experiments. I will present quantum Monte Carlo calculations, based on Green’s function Monte Carlo methods, of neutrino-12C inclusive scattering induced by neutral- and charged-current interactions. These calculations are based on realistic treatments of nuclear interactions and currents, the latter including the axial-, vector-, and vector-axial interference terms crucial for determining the difference between neutrino and anti-neutrino scattering and the CP-violating phase. The role of two-nucleon processes induced by correlation effects and electroweak currents will be discussed in detail.
