years with improvements to the neutrino beam.
A test beam program has been launched to fully realize the physics
potential of the experiment with the extended data set.
A smaller size replica of the NOvA detectors was installed at
the Fermilab's Test Beam Facility and will be exposed to a tagged
beam for detailed studies of the detector response, as well as event
reconstruction and particle identification techniques.
We will show the steps taken to improve the momentum and time
resolution for the beam-line detectors in the test beam effort.
A detailed magnetic field map for the spectrometer magnet was
constructed using measurements and compared with calculations.
Sensors were installed on the magnet to monitor the field directly.
Relative delays and attenuation in the signal chain were
measured with excellent precision for calibrating the time-of-flight system.
