B12.00001: Measurement of CP violation in $B^0\overline{B^0}$ mixing using partially reconstructed $B^0 \to D^*\ell \nu$ decays and Kaon Tags Enrico Feltresi We present a measurement of the parameter $|q/p|$ governing the CP violation in $B\kern 0.18em\overline{\kern -0.18em B}^0$ mixing. The analysis is based on a large sample of $B^0 \to D^*\ell \nu$ events, partially reconstructed from a data sample of about 460 million $B\kern 0.18em\overline{\kern -0.18em B}$ pairs, collected with the {\sl B{\scriptsize A}B{\scriptsize AR}} detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy $B$ factory at SLAC. The flavor of the unreconstructed $B^0$ mesons is determined by means of a kaon tag technique. [Preview Abstract] |

B12.00002: Study of two-body $B^0$ decays to $\rho^0 K^{*0}$, $f_0 K^{*0}$ and $\rho^- K^{*+}$ Corry Lee We present measurements of branching fractions, polarization, and $CP$-violation charge asymmetries for $B^0$ decays to $\rho^0 K^{*0}$, $f_0 K^{*0}$, and $\rho^- K^{*+}$ where the $K^*$ can be a $K^*(892)$, $K_0^*(1430)$, or $K_2^*(1430)$. The analysis was performed on a data sample consisting of 470$\times 10^{6}$ $B\kern 0.18em\overline{\kern -0.18em B}$ pairs collected with the {\sl B{\scriptsize A}B{\scriptsize AR}} detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy $B$ factory at SLAC. B12.00003: Branching fractions and CP asymmetry in $B^+ \to \phi \phi K^+$ and $B^0 \to \phi \phi K^0 $ decays Hulya Atmacan Measurements of the decays $B^+ \to \phi \phi K^+$ and $B^0 \to \phi \phi K^0$ are reported using 423 fb$^{-1}$ of data, corresponding to 464 million $B\kern 0.18em\overline{\kern -0.18em B}$ pairs, collected with the {\sl B{\scriptsize A}B{\scriptsize AR}} detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy $B$ factory at SLAC. We report the branching fractions of the decays $B^+ \to \phi \phi K^+$ and $B^0 \to \phi \phi K^0$, and CP asymmetry in the charged $B$ mode for $\phi \phi$ invariant mass below 2.85 GeV/$c^2$. We also search for a direct CP asymmetry within the $\eta_c$ mass region. [Preview Abstract] |

B12.00004: Direct CP Violation in the $B^{0}_{s}$ meson Fabrizio Ruffini The $B^{0}_{s} \rightarrow K^{-} \pi^{+}$ decay mode, recently observed at CDF, is a good candidate for observing direct CP violation in the $B^{0}_{s}$, and offers a unique opportunity for testing the reliability of Standard Model predictions, especially in the light of the large asymmetry observed in the $B^{0} \rightarrow K^{+} \pi^{-}$ mode. We describe the latest update of this measurement, using an improved analysis method, and a data set of about 5 fb$^{-1}$ of $p\overline{p}$ collisions collected by the updgraded CDF detector. B12.00005: Current Status of CP Violation Measurements from D0 John Ellison We present the current status of searches for CP violation in the $B_s$ system in the D0 Experiment. The results include a measurement of the CP-violating phase ($\phi_s$) from flavor-tagged $B_s \to J/\psi \phi$ decays, indirect searches for CP violation from charge asymmetries in semileptonic $B_s$ decays, and a measurement of the predominantly CP-even branching fraction $Br(B_s^0 \to D_s^{(*)+} D_s^{(*)-})$. Combined results are presented and exclusion contours are obtained in the $B_s$ lifetime difference vs $\phi_s$ plane. [Preview Abstract] |

B12.00006: Measuring $-2\beta_s$ with $B_s0 \to J/psi f_0(980)$ Decays at LHCb Liming Zhang, Sheldon Stone We present the capability of measuring the CP violating phase in $B_s0$ mixing ($-2\beta_s$) using $B_s0 \to J/psi f_0(980)$ and $B_s0 \to J/psi phi$ decays at LHCb. Both CDF and D0 have investigated $-2\beta_s$ using $B_s \to J/psi \phi$ decays. The central value has been found far from the Standard Model predictions, but the error is large and significance of the possible discrepancy is in the 2-3 $\sigma$ range. [Preview Abstract] |

B12.00007: The Belle II Super B Factory Experiment at KEK Leo Piilonen Plans for the Super B Factory at KEK and the associated Belle II detector will be presented. The new facility will be an upgrade of the existing KEKB electron-positron collider, with a target luminosity of 8 x 10$^{35}$ /cm$^2$/s - about 50 times greater than that of KEKB. The Belle II detector will study rare flavor physics processes with unprecedented sensitivity for indirect (virtual-particle) contributions from as-yet unexplored phenomena at the TeV scale.
