Using the Bulletin

My Scheduler
My Scheduler allows you to create or log into a Bulletin Account. You can also update your account settings (i.e., change your email address and password). Creating a Bulletin Account allows you to save your meeting schedule. If you have a Bulletin Account and attend more than one APS meeting, such as the April Meeting and the DPP Meeting, you can see both schedules.

Epitome
Meeting sessions by date, time, and location. The Epitome also includes sponsors and invited speakers, if any.

Author Index
Search for authors by letter or name.

Session Index
Abstracts listed by title and organized by session.

Invited Speakers
Speakers, topics, and sessions.

Chair Index
Chair Index allows you to search and sort chairs by name or session.

Word Search
Search titles and abstracts.

Affiliation Search
Search for abstracts submitted from a specified institution.

Using My Scheduler

Withdrawing Abstracts

If you are an author and wish to withdraw your abstract from the Bulletin, please email us.

Bulletin PDFs

PDF documents will be posted as they are available.

Since they are printed, PDF's of the Bulletin are not as up-to-date as the online Bulletin, which is updated immediately. We strongly recommend that you use the Bulletin website to check session information.
