F3.00001: W8 - Introduction to Tablet-Based Simulations with EJSS Anne Cox Simulations (Physlets, PhET, etc) have been widely used in instruction. However, the Java required is more difficult to use on computers and doesn't work on Tablets/Smartphones. This workshop will introduce you to Easy Java Simulations (EJSS) to write/modify simulations that will run on tablets, smartphones and computers. You need a computer with Java installed to build the simulation, but the simulation can run (without Java) in any browser or with the free EJSS Reader App. [Preview Abstract] |
