We present the status of a new nCTEQ global analysis of nuclear Parton Distribution Functions (nPDFs) in the LHC era. This presentation will briefly discuss what parton distribution functions are, how they can be extended from protons to larger nuclei, the structure of a nCTEQ global fit analysis, and the process by which we include new data into the analysis. We will also introduce nCTEQ++, an updated modular C++ coding framework that allows us to combine NLO theoretical predictions and fit them to the latest experimental data from Run II at the Large Hadron Collider. Finally, we show preliminary results of how these new data impact our global analysis.
