All Type Ia supernovate (SNIa) cosmological analyses include spectroscopic data. One downside to this is that the rate at which this data can be collected cannot compare to the larger photometric surveys. For the upcoming High-Lattitude Time Domain Survey with the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, we hope to include both photometrically typed transients and photometrically derived redshifts. However, it has not been confirmed if photometric redshifts are sufficient for measuring the host galaxy physical properties required for SNIa cosmology. In order to compare the effect of photometric redshifts on estimating galaxy physical properties, we modeled host galaxies found in the Blast database with the prospector software, using first the spectroscopic redshift and then the photometric redshift values, in order to determine if estimating the galaxy physical properties needed for SNIa cosmological analyses are feasible with photometric data.
