Thermal management coolant made with multiple materials to manufacture the object*

In this study we present numerical simulations of heat conduction on multiple blocks of materials to manufacture an object. The first block is made up of steel. The length of steel block is 150 mm, width is 20 mm and height is 150 mm. The steel is glued with second block made up of bakelite. The dimensions of bakelite block are same as steel block. The bakelite is glued with third block made up of copper. The dimensions of copper block are same as bakelite block. The copper block is glued with fourth block made up of Nickel. The dimensions of Nickel block are same as copper block. The four blocks give the needed object. We provide fixed temperature of 350 ^οC  to left face of steel. We provide fixed temperature of 22 ^οC to right face of Nickel. We use Ansys software to solve the temperature distribution on the object. Our simulation results shows temperature distribution from 350 ^οC to 22 ^οC happens within the steel and bakelite blocks. The results shows fixed temperature of 22 ^οC is possible in copper and Nickel blocks, respectively. We understand bakelite is an insulator material that receives the steel alloy 350 ^οC with the temperature drop from 350 ^οC to 22 ^οC happening in bakelite with no further changes. The dimensions of the four blocks achieved the temperature distribution on the object. Our work can find applications in thermal management coolant devices.
