In this paper, by using this structure, we will calculate the frequency of gravitational waves. The applications that can be achieved by using this structure and frequency are data transmission, tens, hundreds, thousands, … of times of the light speed in the universe, creating a speed close to the speed of light in spacecraft, creating artificial gravity in spacecraft, creating a gravity power using gravitational turbines, etc.
