It may be that 3I/Atlas and some of the UFO sitings have a simple explaination if one modifies the theory of Neutrons in Neutron Stars - Kriske's Theory of Neutron Stars

There is a misconception about Work and Energy that pervades many fields of Physics.  Both the Photoelectric Effect and General Relativity have no "Force" involved.  In the Photoelectric Effect the Energy of the Photon is broken into 2 parts, one part being the "Binding Energy" and the other the "Kinetic Energy" of the ejected Electron.   There is no "Acceleration" involved. This was one of the reasons that Robert Millikan rejected the idea of the Photoelectric Effect, as Millikan was an expert on Classical Physics and was the leading Experimental Physicist of the time.  Millikan knew that in order to make a "balance" work, there had to be a fulcrum, and two arms that would have a "Force" acting on them, so "Force" times "Distance" on one side would balance "Force" times "Distance" on the other.  There is no acceleration in the Photoelectric Effect, just without any time passage, an instantaneous velocity.  No "Force" means no equal and opposite "Force".  Newton's Third Law doesn't apply, but instead of "Equal and Opposite" force, there is a "hole" or antiparticle created.  Energy is often confused with "Work", but "Work" is "Force" times "Distance", so "Energy" is not "Work", most of the time.  Suppose this applies to Neutron Stars, perhaps struck by a Photon of high enough Energy to knock off a few billions Neutrons that are in superposition, in the star.  The General Theory of Relativity, also has no "Force", so in the instant, two Gravitational wells can exist side by side, yet have no Gravity between them, the smaller well would instantaneously head away with a velocity and the Neutrons would not "feel" any "Force".  As the chunk of Neutrons propagated through space, it would be very sensitive to the Gravity of other objects due to the Twin effect, where the side deeper in the curved space would be younger than the other side, so the Neutrons would come out of superposition and form Protons.  The sides would radiate and a cigar shape would be formed, along with all kinds of metals.  Perhaps some clever aliens would notice this effect and make a vessel that would instantly change directions, as the Photoelectric Effect allows for that to happen, with no opposing force, or perhaps debri from a Neutron star just looks like a clever vessel.  Even on Earth there exists clever creatures similar to us that use the Photoelectric to manipulate gravity--They are called trees.
