With the growing interest in moiré heterostructures, we propose a new moiré system consisting of transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) layering with vdW magnets where the lattice constants of the two are differed by much. However, we find that a sqrt(3)xsqrt(3) supercell of TMD is nearly commensurate with many vdW magnets. By using ab initio methods, we show that the electronic structure of the heterostructure varies significantly with the local atomic registry and the magnetic order. We further construct a physically motivated model to describe the moiré potential and moiré bands in this system. Lastly, we demonstrate how our predicted phenomena can be experimentally measured.
