This is demonstrated from the observation of the closing and reopening of the anisotropic superconducting gap with the increased in-plane magnetic field and the direct measurement of the approximately pi-phase jump in Al/InAs-based JJs [1]. While such studies typically focus on the assumption of the time-independent Rashba-dominated spin-orbit coupling (SOC) [2], gate-controlled JJs offer much richer opportunities [3]. The presence of Dresselhaus SOC can strongly modify the Josephson energy and the current-phase relations, as can be already seen for the steady-state studies of JJs [4]. By considering instead the time-dependent SOC, we examine several trends associated with the simultaneous presence Rashba and Dresselhaus SOC and explore the feasibility of their experimental demonstration.
