High temperature (up to 600 K) in-plane resistivity measurements were performed in electron doped iron based superconductors Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2 over a range of compositions from magnetically ordered parent x=0 to non-superconducting x=0.35. Phonon contribution was determined by measurements on heavily doped compositions beyond pseudogap regime [1] showing normal metallic temperature independent Hall effect and magnetic susceptibility. Anomalous magnetic scattering characteristic of the parent compound diminishes with doping, correlating with suppression of the room temperature resistivity. Comparison with other magnetic itinerant system with dominant spin disorder scattering, LaCrGe3, is made.
