In this study, we synthesized RbZn4-xCuxAs3 by solid-state reaction. We found that it exhibits extremely low lattice thermal conductivity of 0.77 W/mK at T = 797 K resulting in high ZT value of 0.53 for x = 0.02 sample. Neutron powder diffraction measurements were conducted to determine atomic parameters of crystal structure including the atomic displacement parameters. The origin of low thermal conductivity will be discussed based on the results.
