We study the possibility of electron-driven unconventional superconductivity in twisted bilayer transition metal dichalcogenide systems such as WSe2 in the presence of an out-of-plane electric field. Using a mean-field approximation on the moire Hubbard model, we observe a mixed singlet-triplet superconducting order parameter with different pairing symmetries on the band filling and displacement field. Moreover, we predict signatures of these superconducting phases which could be measured in the quasiparticle interference spectra.
