High dielectric constant causes a lack of charging energy and allows direct spectroscopy of orbital and spin states. This material shows a high Lande g-factors up to 45 with a high anisotropy ratio. We investigate the spin-orbit interaction and resolve SOI hybridization energies. We discuss the potential fabrication of more advanced devices.
