G23.00001: Finding Mentors and Getting the Most out of Mentoring Having access to great mentors is a part of all success stories. A mentor can not only help with choosing the right classes and research opportunities, but can be integral to one's career and professional development. In this interactive workshop, students will learn about how to build and maintain mentoring relationships and get the most out of mentoring. We will cover topics like: communicating expectations, asking for tools and resources, and discussing career goals. |
