I am researching the Helix glitch in the H1 detector to try and determine its origin. This is accomplished by studying the times at which the glitch occurred in the detector, and searching through the H1 electronic log for various factors happening around the same time. This will show if there are any correlations between the occurrences of the Helix glitch and factors that could be causing the noise.
