(TPC) have enabled a number of particle physics experiments, and in
this talk I will discuss how this technology is well suited to the
study of the quantum nature of the neutrino. nEXO is a proposed 5
tonne isotopically enriched liquid xenon TPC that is designed to
search for the rare neutrinoless double beta decay. The observation
of this decay would demonstrate lepton number violation and the
majorana nature of the neutrino. In this talk will briefly describe
the experiment and sensitivity that was calculated from a detailed
model of the experiment and extensive radioactive assay.
