In this paper, we will bring some examples of the reasons for the existence of speed faster than of light like the existence of speed faster than light by Hubble's law. The speed of the galaxies which are located at the visible edges of the Universe (D=4.4 ×1026 m) based on Hubble’s law is:
VH=HD
VH = (72 km/(Mpc.s)) × (4.4 ×1026 m) ≈ 109 m/s ≫ C
So, there are currently some galaxies that moving at a speed higher than the speed of light. This is only one of our reasons for the failure of the Theory of Relativity. In this paper we also have proved that by using other facts like: speed faster than light by using “law of conservation of energy and momentum”, the Blueshift (Redshift), data achieved from Hubble Space Telescope (HST), etc.
