APS FWS24 Meeting Web Program Review
The Web Program for the FWS24 Meeting is now ready for review. All final comments are due by xxx, xxx. Please send comments to abs-help@aps.org. We will try to update the program as frequently as possible before then.
Please use the left side menu for navigation. Session information is under "Session Index," which will pull up a listing of the sessions. Clicking on the individual session links will then pull up a listing of the abstracts placed in that session.
The "Author Index" allows you to pull up all the authors by last name initial, or search for a specific name. The "Epitome" link will pull up a listing of the sessions grouped by date.
BE SURE TO CHECK THE FOLLOWING FOR ACCURACY:
- Are your session titles correct?
- Do all sessions have a Chair, and is his/her name and affiliation spelled correctly?
- Are there any "holes" or missing papers in your session?
- Have all the abstracts in your session compiled correctly?
- Are the starting times, room numbers and dates correct for your sessions?
- Do all links to abstracts work within your session?
Lastly, a couple of things to bring to your attention.
- As much as possible, please use your abstract log numbers to identify abstracts. This was in the email notice that was sent to you when you submitted your abstract.
- Please note that there may be a few abstracts that have not yet been placed (orphan abstracts). We will be contacting the appropriate team leaders for these.
