The Lockheed Martin Compact Fusion Reactor concept utilizes magnetic cusps to confine plasma. Simulations are carried out in support of the T4B experiment. Grad-Shafranov simulations are used to explore equilibrium stability. PIC simulations are conducted to understand the evolution of particle distribution functions, neutral beam heating efficiency and plasma confinement. Zero-Dimensional models are used predict plasma evolution. Finally, collision radiative models are used to determine plasma density and temperature.
