determination of spin-parity assignments for the lowest single-particle states in the proton-rich Sn isotopes is of vital importance. In this work, a one-neutron knockout reaction was performed
on a 106 Sn beam to measure the single-particle structure of 105 Sn using the S800 and GRETINA at FRIB. Measurements of momentum distributions for the ground and first excited states will be used to determine their spin and parity. The cross sections measured from the neutron knockout, once extracted, will be compared to calculations. This will give insight into the fragmentation of single-neutron strength occurring in the 100 Sn region. Preliminary results of the data analysis will be presented.
