phases occur both in quasi-1D and quasi-2D regimes, while their existence is further verified through a variational approach. Upon considering interaction quenches across the aforementioned phase transitions, we find the dynamical generation of supersolids or an array of isolated droplets. The inclusion of three-body losses leads to self-evaporation of supersolids in the long-time dynamics.
