W02.00001: Power Dynamics & Empathic Communication Invited Speaker: Nicole Cabrera Salazar The power structures present in academia often prevent professors, students, and staff from engaging in right relation with one another. This workshop focuses on recognizing and leveling the power differential between colleagues in an academic setting.
