High-Granularity Calorimeter. An important part of the upgrade project is the development of novel radiation-hard 8-inch
silicon sensors. We will present electrical characterization results of reactor irradiated 8-inch version 1 (v1)-prototypes,
that provide information for the tuning of the process parameters towards final sensor design.
