This talk will present how and why we need to lower the entry barrier for teachers to integrate modern physics into the classroom, and how this fits into other constraints a teacher faces. We'll explore some of the differences between a teacher and a particle physicists, and how this impacts how new resources can be developed and implemented. We'll finish off with examples of existing projects, success stories, new leads to explore and invitations for collaboration.
