pairing properties of the two dimensional Kitaev Kondo model and its extension
to three dimensions. In three dimensions the phase transition into the fractionalized ordered state occurs for arbitarilly weak Kondo coupling . The magnetic subsystem is Z2 spin liquid with static gauge fields and a Fermi surface of spin-1 Majorana fermions.
We discuss the transport properties and phase diagram of this state. While the presence of odd-frequency triplet pairing is reminiscent of a superconductor, the spinor-character of the order parameter has important consequences which we will discuss.
