C12.00001: Kimball Physics Workshop: Necessity Delivers Cohesive UHV Design David Altobelli Compact and precise designs using industry standardized flanges give users the flexibility they actually need when assembling esoteric experiments… or just a top tier vacuum environment. Redundant tapped holes, highly polished contoured interiors, and geometry optimized for internal access, mounting and dimensional accuracy means this vacuum hardware has it all. These designs came from a need for parts that didn’t exist, and the results are flexible, accurate UHV hardware systems for chambers and in-vacuum apparatus. [Preview Abstract] |
