Gender Equity ReportDoubling Women in Physics
The 32 page report contains a number of recommendations to increase the number of women at academic institutions and national laboratories. Specific actions are proposed for faculty, staff, and funding agencies. The APS Committee on the Status of Women in Physics hopes the report will serve as a useful resource in working towards the goal of doubling the number of women and under-represented minorities in physics by 2022.
