PROSPECT is a high-precision reactor-based short-baseline anti-neutrino experiment. Deployed at the High Flux Isotope Reactor (HFIR) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), the detector has been fully assembled and has been taking data since March 2018.The anti-neutrino detector consists of 4-ton $^{6}$Li-loaded liquid scintillator optically separated into 14 by 11 segments enabling model-independent search for eV$^2$-scale sterile neutrino oscillations. Extensive calibration campaigns have been performed to characterize both the whole detector and single segment response.
The talk will discuss detector element design, performance and present related calibration results.
