The study of rare meson decays is time-honored method of searching for Physics beyond the Standard Model. The large datasets currently being collected at the B-factories offer unprecendented sensitivity in many different B-meson decay modes. New Physics may enhance branching fractions, or change asymmetries from those expected in the Standard Model. In this talk, I will present new results from the BaBar and Belle experiments in the areas of Electroweak Penguin, Leptonic and Charmless Hadronic Decays.
