U1.00001: Semileptonic and Radiative Penguin B Decays from Belle and BaBar Invited Speaker: We will present recent results from the Belle and BaBar B- Factory experiments on B meson decays to semi-leptonic final states and decays involving radiative penguins. [Preview Abstract] |

U1.00002: Rare decays and direct CP violation in the B system: probing deeper into the Standard Model Invited Speaker: The $B$-factory experiments Belle and BaBar have been running for several years and have accumulated very large samples of reconstructed $B$ decays. From this data a wealth of measurements have been made of branching fractions, polarization, and $CP$ asymmetries. Some results are as theoretically expected, while others are surprising. In this talk I review recent measurements relating to rare hadronic decays, including searches for direct $CP$ violation, and discuss what these measurements tell us about the Standard Model and any new physics. U1.00003: B Physics at the Tevatron Invited Speaker: Since the onset of Run 2 at the Tevatron, the CDF and D0 experiments have recorded $\approx .5 ~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of data, resulting in a wide array of Heavy Flavor Physics results. We present a selection of these results and prospects for B physics at the Tevatron in the future. [Preview Abstract] |
