We have searched for $B_{s} \rightarrow \psi(2s) \phi$ decays in $p \overline{p}$ collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 1.96$ TeV, using $360~ pb^{-1}$ of data from the CDF II detector at the Fermilab Tevatron. The $B_{s} \rightarrow J/\psi \phi$ mode is used for normalization, while $B^{\pm} \rightarrow \psi(2s)K^{\pm}$ and $B^{\pm} \rightarrow J/\psi K^{\pm}$ modes are used as control samples.
